Course Description:


The Character Education course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of cultivating positive character traits and values. Through an exploration of various moral virtues and ethical principles, students will develop a strong foundation for personal growth and ethical decision-making. The course will delve into topics such as integrity, empathy, responsibility, and respect, examining their significance in both personal and societal contexts. Students will engage in critical discussions, reflective exercises, and practical applications to foster the development of their own character and promote positive behavior in their interactions with others. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to become ethical leaders who contribute to a just and compassionate society.

Student Learning Outcomes:

After the completion of this course, the students will be able to:

  1. Identify and describe various moral virtues and ethical principles, including empathy, integrity, responsibility, respect, and compassion.

  9. Communicate effectively about character education concepts, principles, and their personal growth in written and oral forms.
